I usually don’t write reviews on official product sites, but this time I had to share my experience. I bought the most expensive keyboard and mouse combo from the official store to make sure I received an original product. When the first package arrived, the keyboard sides were not properly fixed and a few screws were missing.
I contacted the support team, and they were very cooperative. They arranged a replacement quickly, which I really appreciate. However, when the new unit arrived, I faced a different issue. The keyboard is perfect this time, but the mouse is not the same as before. My original combo came with a Model 616 mouse, while the replacement has a Model 416 mouse.
It is surprising and honestly disappointing to face two different problems within just 20 days of purchase. The first two images I’ve attached are from my original unit, which only had a keyboard issue. The last few images are from the replacement unit where the mouse has been changed. I’ve also recorded an unboxing video if the team needs it for verification. You can clearly see the difference, the 616 model has side keys, while the 416 model does not and is much smaller in size.
I really don’t know how this happened, especially since some of my friends ordered similar wired combos with MX Cherry keys from the same official store and got the correct products. I ordered the wireless combo expecting the same quality.
I hope the team can help me get the correct mouse, Model TM 616. I am even willing to pay any courier charges to send this mouse back through DTDC or Delhivery. I also understand that there may be some confusion with the earlier return since the courier partner marked it as delivered, but the factory outlet has not yet confirmed the receipt. I don’t want the company to suffer any loss, but I do hope to finally get the exact mouse that came with my original order.
Very good typing feedback, easy to type, all the keys working as expected.
I am happy with the quality of this keyboard. Build quality feels that with last for a long time. Did not face any issues at all. But yes as some reviews on youtube and ppl here mentioned quality of battery cover can be improved. One thing I wish about the LED indicators above number pad that the LED lights would have been green instead of blue.
